Food pairings: It is a wine that requires light succulence, with a sweet tendency and fatness. The “Capunet”,cabbage roll stuffed with pork, cheese and sweet spices

Nature pairings: The panoramic terraces on the morainic amphitheater of Ivrea, from the larch and beech paths on Mombarone (TO)
