Vinification: Traditional red vinification. At the end of alcoholic fermentation we close the tank and the wine becomes bubbly.
Bottling: whith isobaric bottling machine and tecnical cork (oak100%). With hood Icas.
Alcol: 11.5-12.5%Vol
Total Acidity: 7/7.5g/L
pH: 3.2/3.3
Schelf life: 1 year.

Organoleptics characteristic
Colour: red.
Flavours: red fruits, blackbarry and strawberry.
Taste: zcid, mineral. Nice mousse.
Matching: ideal for appetizers, pizza and fresh cheese.
