Winemaking: rapid pressing of grapes with light maceration in the press and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel.
Refinement: at least 12 months in oak barrels with frequent lees stirring. After bottling the wine is aged for about 2-3 months in bottle.
Bottling: stabilization of the bottle, with cap capping entire grade cork.
Alcohol: 13.5 % Vol Total Acidity : 7g / L pH : 3.35

Color: yellow with warm golden hues.
Nose: intense, enveloping, evolved. Ripe yellow fruits, dates, jam, candy.
