Vinification: rapid pressur of the grapes with light maceration in to the tank-press and start of alcolic fermentation with temperature control (11-13°C).
Aging: minim 12 month in inox tank with daily batonnage. A little percent of this wine aging in a small oak barrels (5%).
Bottling: Minimal filtration; after bottling with natural cork.
Alcol: 13-13.5% Vol
Total acidity: 7g/L
Total sulfur dioxide: 80mg/L
Schelf life: 6-8 years.
Flavour: intens, fragrant, yellow fruits, citrus, pear, sweet sensation, balsamic.
Taste: acid in correctness, mineral, very lasting, mellow. Ideal for woman taste.
